Who runs this site
Moth Heat Treatment (mothheattreatment.co.uk) is run by Joe Trewick trading as Grub Leads, who is responsible for your personal data. You can contact us at support@grubleads.com.
Moth Heat Treatment is a matching service. We do not do the work ourselves. We introduce you to a local moth treatment specialist, who pays us for the introduction.
The details we ask for
When you use the quote form we collect:
- your name, phone number, email address and postcode
- the details you give about the job, such as size, use, budget and timing
- your IP address, the page you sent the form from, and the wording you agreed to
How we use your details
We use your details to find a local moth treatment specialist who can help with your enquiry. We rely on your consent, which you give when you send the form.
We then contact you to tell you which firm we have found. We only pass your details to that firm after you tell us you are happy for us to. If we cannot find a firm within a reasonable time, we tell you and delete your enquiry.
If you stop part way through the form, we keep what you entered so far for the same purpose, and delete it if the enquiry is not completed.
We do not send you marketing, and we do not sell your details to anyone else.

Your details go to:
- the moth treatment specialist we name to you, and only after you agree
- the companies that host this website and store our records for us, under contracts that protect your data
How long we hold them
We keep your name, phone number, email address and IP address for 12 months, then delete them. We keep a record of the enquiry without those details, so we can count how many enquiries the site receives.
What you can ask us to do
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first at support@grubleads.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and page counts
We count visits with a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies or identify you. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
